Job Description

Will Give a Raise after 90 Day grace period. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pallet Builder and Repairer to join our manufacturing and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden pallets used for shipping and storage. Your expertise will ensure that pallets meet quality standards, are durable, and safe for handling heavy loads. Responsibilities Assemble new pallets using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment according to specifications and schematics Repair damaged or broken pallets by replacing broken boards, re-nailing components, or reinforcing structures Inspect pallets for quality control, ensuring they meet safety standards and load-bearing requirements Use construction estimating skills to determine the amount of materials needed for repairs or new builds Operate heavy lifting equipment safely when handling large or bulky pallet components Follow blueprint reading instructions and schematics to accurately assemble or repair pallets Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery such as CNC routers or fabrication equipment Experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or metal stud framing is highly desirable Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to pallet construction or repair Familiarity with construction site experience including heavy lifting, safety procedures, and material handling Skills in carpentry disciplines such as woodworking, cabinetry installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and fixture installation Ability to perform repairs involving concrete forming, plastering, rebar installation or siding work as needed Experience with restoration industries including water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to assembly and fabrication of wooden products Knowledge of electrical experience or plumbing is beneficial for certain repair tasks within the facility Join us as a Pallet Builder/Repairer if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced environment.
