Custom Cabinet Manager (Enclosed Cargo Trailers)

Salary:

$75,000 - $95,000 / year (Commensurate with experience)

Position Type:

Full-time, Management About the Role We are looking for an experienced Custom Cabinet Manager to lead our build-out team. In this role, you will oversee the production crew while actively working to improve the design, installation, and overall efficiency of our custom trailer cabinets and specialized interior features. If you have a sharp eye for quality, a background in mobile customization, and know how to keep a shop floor running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and schedule the trailer build-out team to ensure projects are completed on time and up to standard.

Process Improvement:

Review and improve current designs, installation methods, and shop efficiencies for all custom cabinets and trailer features.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of craftsmanship across all custom layouts.

Workflow Optimization:

Streamline production processes to reduce waste and maximize daily output.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically customizing enclosed cargo trailers.

Leadership:

Proven ability to manage a production or build-out team in a manufacturing or custom shop environment.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of custom cabinetry, metal fabrication, and mobile structural layouts.

Problem Solver:
