- Demonstrate experience as cabinet/millwork installer with three years preferred. You must be proactive, productive, and well-organized.
- Possesses carpentry experience and experience with applicable millwork power tools.
- Ability to read architectural plans and focus on those aspects that directly impact millwork requirements.
- Capability to learn the field measurement process and professionally complete punch lists.
- Ability and willingness to also learn how to run CNC router, CNC edgebander, and build commercial/frameless cabinets.
- Works closely with and reports directly to Lead Installer and Install Manager.
- Must be fluent and literate in English.
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and be insurable (will be added to company's auto insurance policy).
