Job Description
We are looking for someone with high energy, common sense, and some basic carpentry knowledge to join our team. Crate Builders prepare large products for shipping by building custom wood crates. A Crater can use a variety of hand tools with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to build custom wood crates in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities Measure, cut, and attach various wood pieces around large lighting products Ensure product attachments are secure and ready for shipping Move, measure, and weigh products to ready for shipping Enter product status in computer work log Maintain clean work area Assist maintenance department with build assistance Requirements and Qualifications Excellent Attendance and Punctuality Trustworthy and Reliable Organized and Detail Oriented Can Work in both Individual and Team Environments Mechanically Inclined and Able to Problem Solve Able to Lift and Carry 50 lbs (minimum) Self-Motivated with Willingness to Learn Our Work Environment We take pride in helping customers in our work and professionalism.
