Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Shop Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of custom cabinets. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, and assemble wood components for cabinets and related products Operate shop equipment such as saws, sanders, drills, and other woodworking tools Assist with cabinet installation preparation and finishing work Read and interpret basic drawings, plans, and specifications Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or general construction preferred (not required—training available for the right candidate) Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Good work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Experience with custom cabinetry or millwork Familiarity with measuring and cutting materials accurately Basic knowledge of shop equipment and maintenance Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health Insurance, PTO, 401k Opportunities for training and advancement How to Apply Please submit your resume or contact 956-213-8244 for more information.
