Install fixtures, doors, trim, and perform caulking as needed to achieve professional quality results. Support renovation projects by framing walls, installing drywall or plastering surfaces, and completing remodeling tasks. Use hand tools and power equipment effectively while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Extensive construction site experience across multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, drywall installation, painting, and tile work. Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide work processes. Knowledge of plastering techniques, caulking procedures, and fixture installation. Familiarity with framing (including metal studs), door hanging, ceiling installation, and remodeling projects. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
