Hardwall products consist of aluminum framed doors, wall panels, and ceiling systems with varying types of mostly plastic inserts. Softwall products consist of vinyl or polyurethane curtains with aluminum tracks. AIRSEAL's installation goals: Safely install products, ensure Quality of installations, ensure product Effectiveness (accomplishes what it was intended for), ensure Appearance of final product is clean, attractive, and professional. The AIRSEAL Installer must have the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently; communicate effectively with staff and customers' onsite personnel; complete and deliver assigned projects and tasks in a timely manner and ensure the utmost in quality installations that perform and look best. Installer Essential Responsibilities:
Read, interpret drawings, specifications, instructions, and other production data required for AIRSEAL® product installation. Carefully, safely, and efficiently measure, cut, drill, size, fabricate, and assemble, and install AIRSEAL® products. At all times, safely and expertly operate AIRSEAL tools, machinery, and equipment. At all times, strictly adhere to all AIRSEAL and regulatory agencies safety rules and regulations. At all times, appropriately wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site. Conduct quality control checks. Resolve installation problems; notifying supervisor for assistance or to obtain additional resources, if needed. Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Required Skills Safe Working Mindset Carpentry and Assembly skills Mechanical and technical skills Proficient, expert use of hand tools and power tools Know how to safely use and work from a ladder or electric man lift Physical stamina and strength (must be able to lift up to 100 lbs) Focus on quality control Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail to follow directions thoroughly. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks. Ability to be self-motivated. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous carpentry, assembly, and installation experience Valid driver's license Regular attendance and timeliness Clean Background Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Must be willing to travel frequently for out-of-town projects
