Full-Time Position Summary Jeff Bonner R D, Inc. is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Cabinet Maker to join our team producing high-quality aircraft interior components and furnishings. The ideal candidate will possess strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from engineering drawings and specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Fabricate, assemble, and install wood and composite aircraft interior components. Build cabinets, furniture, partitions, and specialty structures to engineering specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively. Measure, cut, shape, and finish materials with precision. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of carpentry, cabinet-making, or fine woodworking experience. Ability to read measuring instruments and engineering drawings. Experience with laminate application, veneers, and high-end finishes preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, table saws, routers, sanders, and related woodworking equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications Experience in custom cabinetry manufacturing. Knowledge of aircraft interior construction is a plus but not required. FAA aviation experience is a plus but not required.
