Outlaw Conversions is seeking a skilled and dependable Cabinet Builder to join our production team. This position is strictly responsible for building and assembling custom cabinetry for luxury horse trailer living quarters. The ideal candidate has woodworking experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce quality cabinet work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  •  Build and assemble custom cabinets, cabinet doors, drawer boxes, and related cabinet components according to company specifications and shop drawings.
Measure, cut, drill, and assemble cabinet materials accurately and efficiently. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and properly. Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and measurements. Inspect completed cabinets to ensure quality standards are met before moving to the next production stage. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Work with production leadership to meet production schedules and deadlines. Qualifications
  •  Previous cabinet building or woodworking experience preferred. Ability to safely operate woodworking equipment and hand tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills
  •  Experience in custom cabinet manufacturing. Familiarity with cabinet assembly techniques and production environments. Experience working in RV, trailer, or custom manufacturing industries is a plus. Work Environment
  •  Manufacturing/shop environment. Exposure to wood dust, noise, and power equipment. Fast-paced production setting with daily production goals. Benefits
