• Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Delivery / Shop Helper and become an essential part of our construction and manufacturing operations! In this energetic role, you will assist with the delivery, installation, and assembly of custom cabinets and related fixtures. You'll work closely with skilled carpenters, fabricators, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality results. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction, woodworking, and restoration industries while contributing to exciting projects that transform spaces. Responsibilities Assist with the delivery and installation of cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other woodworking components on construction sites or in our shop. Support carpenters and fabricators by handling materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting tasks to move cabinetry, framing materials, or other heavy components as needed. Use hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely to aid in assembly, fabrication, or repair tasks. Read blueprints, schematics, or drawings to understand project specifications for cabinet installation or remodeling projects. Help prepare work sites by cleaning up debris, organizing materials, and setting up necessary safety measures. Support various trades such as drywall finishing, caulking, flooring installation, or siding work during renovation projects. Qualifications Prior experience in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or related fields is a plus. A clean driving record and the ability to drive a large delivery truck Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and blueprint reading is highly desirable. Experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments involving cabinetry or restoration is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks consistently. Knowledge of schematics, metal stud framing, fixture installation, drywall finishing, or water damage restoration will be advantageous. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards. Basic understanding of electrical experience or plumbing is beneficial but not required.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
