NOT LOOKING FOR A SUBCONTRACTOR
Lead Cabinet Installer •This person must be able to do all facets of cabinet installation without supervision or training. Do not apply to this position if you require training.•Critical Responsibilities Install various cabinet sets according to designs/plans Complete required carpentry tasks before the deadline and pass the quality requirements Must be able to accurately cut crown and various complex moldings Accurately level and plumb cabinetry Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use. General Requirements Clean driving record Cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience required Strong ability to use power tools accurately Strong ability to problem solve Must be able to accurately read a tape measure Must be able to accurately read a level Must own proper clothing for carpentry work Must have your own personal hand tools, personal drill set, and multi tool Must provide your own light duty tool bag Ability to do basic math required for carpentry tasks Understands and can communicate well in English Ability to follow directions and complete tasks Must be flexible and willing to do the task given to you Job type: full time Pay is based on experience and ability.
