Job Description

As a cabinet maker, you'll perform various tasks, including operating machinery, inspecting materials, and search for ways to help improve the production process. You'll transfer the products and materials, using power tools and forklift trucks. You'll also keep the facility clean by removing debris and trash to ensure safety. Note that this position demands stamina and a good physical condition, as you'll have to regularly lift heavy loads. Compensation and Benefits Night shift pay: $19.00 -$20.00 depending on experience Monthly Bonus paid to eligible employees after 90 days of employment Medical Insurance available on the first day of the month after completing 30 days- Lewis Cabinet covers 75% of employees premiums and 50% of covered dependents premiums Company provided $50,000 life insurance policy and long term disability Dental, Vision and Life insurance and short term disability available 401k contributions matched dollar for dollar up to 4% Responsibilities Operate production equipment Assemble cabinet parts Store products and materials Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift Report on defective products or machinery Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards Follow the company's safety and quality guidelines
Requirements:
Requirements Previous experience as a production worker or similar role Ability to detect potential problems with machinery and products Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (safety gear/PPE will be provided) Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually Good communication and teamwork skills
