This is a full-time, salaried position with bonus opportunities — no commission sales. Our designers use Design Flex software to bring concepts to life and deliver a seamless experience from consultation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with retail and contractor clients to understand their vision, space, and budget Design kitchens, bathrooms, and built-in cabinetry solutions using Design Flex software Prepare detailed proposals, layouts, and renderings for client presentations Assist with cabinet and hardware selections, ensuring proper fit and function Communicate closely with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Follow up with clients throughout the process to maintain satisfaction and manage expectations Stay up to date on product lines, material trends, and industry standards

Qualifications:

Proficient in Design Flex (REQUIRED) Knowledge of cabinetry construction and space planning Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail Retail Experience Professional, team-oriented, and passionate about design
