We are looking for a motivated Lead Installer with signage installation and fabrication experience to join our team! If you have a strong background in monuments, architectural signage, wayfinding, vinyl, and channel letters, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing As A Lead Signage Installer:

✔️ Lead a team in the installation of high-quality signage projects ✔️ Work with monuments, wayfinding, channel letters, vinyl, and architectural signage ✔️ Communicate effectively with high-profile clients and project teams ✔️ Represent the company professionally from start to finish on job sites ✔️ Work with ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For In A Lead Signage Installer:

🔹 4+ years of signage installation experience (required) 🔹 Previous experience as a Lead Installer is a plus! 🔹 Fabrication experience is a plus 🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills 🔹 Ability to work flexible hours, nights, and weekends as needed 🔹 Clean driving record and willingness to commute 🔹 CDL and Crane license are a plus!
