Cabinet Maker (Independent, Self-Directed Role)
Location:
Seattle, WA (with travel to surrounding areas)

Full-time Compensation:
$35-$42 per hour, commensurate with experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who is highly independent, self-directed, and takes pride in precision craftsmanship. This role is ideal for a professional who can work with minimal supervision, manage their own workflow, and consistently deliver high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork in residential and commercial settings. You will be trusted to interpret drawings, solve problems in the field, and represent our company with professionalism and integrity on job sites. Key Responsibilities Fabricate, install, and finish custom cabinetry and related millwork Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications Work independently to plan tasks, sequence work, and meet project deadlines Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, accuracy, and jobsite cleanliness Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades as needed Travel to regional job sites Uphold safety standards and company quality expectations at all times Qualifications Proven experience as a cabinet maker Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage time effectively without close supervision Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regionally Professional communication skills and a respectful, team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage or salary, based on experience 75% employer-paid health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 6 paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with 3.5% employer match Discretionary bonuses Supportive team of high-integrity, skilled, and genuinely kind professionals Why Join Us We value craftsmanship, accountability, and mutual respect.
