We are an established company with proven systems already in place and we are looking for you! Palmer Residential LLC is looking for a Lead Remodeler. Knowledge of remodeling trades and supervising employees and subcontractors and a high level of communication with clients, owners and all parties involved.
Skills Requirements and Personal Requirements:
  • 5+ years carpentry and project management experience
  • Demo, framing, millworks, cabinets, hardware, drywall/paint touch ups and plumbing trims
  • Must consistently be punctual and show up on time daily
  • Complete 45-day onboarding program
  • Must have background in reading blueprints, administrative duties involving the scope of work, client and subcontractor communications, and leading others
  • Experience reviewing and using product specifications
  • You must have a reliable vehicle
  • Have a proficient level of reading and writing to communicate well with team members and customers
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Must possess a high school diploma or a

$35
