Full Job Description Lead Recover Siding Installer/Sub Pay:

Negotiable, starting at $26/hr for hourly workers

Spokane, WA Greater American Construction is looking for an experienced Lead recover Siding Installer/sub with a provable track record, referrals, and pictures of work. Must be fluent in brake work. Pay is based on experience and negotiable with subs.

• Open to all types of employment, paid by piece, hourly, or subcontractor. Please apply and note which one you are looking for
• What You'll Do
• Lead installation of vinyl, cedar, composite, and other siding on existing homes
• Install trim, soffit, fascia, and flashing systems. Including brake work
• Guide helpers or installers (optional)
• Maintain timelines, job quality, and safety
• Coordinate with project management for materials and steps Requirements
• 4+ years experience
• Lead installer or foreman experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders
• Must have experience with vinyl siding on residential remodelling projects Pay & Benefits
• $26-$40/hr DOE for hourly, negotiable for subs. Benefits below are for hourly employees
• Sick leave (14 days annually)
