The ideal candidate will have experience in all levels of cabinet finishing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Experience with conversion varnish a must. Ability to make custom stains a plus. Responsibilities Finish cabinets using a variety of products to achieve high end finishes. Repair damage on cabinet parts Read and interpret cabinet drawigns. Use power tools for various parts. Delegate tasks to other workers to keep a continuous flow of parts coming through the finish room. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, materials, and waste disposal in accordance with safety standards. Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project specifications. Medical and dental after 60 days Pain vacation and holidays 4-10hr days plus overtime as needed

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
