Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Custom Cabinet Builder and bring craftsmanship and precision to life! In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality custom cabinets tailored to client specifications, ensuring every piece meets our rigorous standards of excellence. Your expertise in woodworking, fabrication, and installation will help transform spaces with beautifully crafted cabinetry. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct custom cabinets. Fabricate cabinet components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment. Assemble cabinet parts with precision, ensuring proper fit, finish, and functionality. Install finished cabinets on-site, including fixture installation, door hanging, and hardware setup. Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, and painting to achieve a polished look. Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects within specifications. Experience Proven experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, or custom cabinetry construction. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to cabinetry and construction projects. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques. Background in woodworking, fixture installation and door hanging. $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
