Experienced Cabinet Installer Swita Cabinetry - Mosinee, Wisconsin Full-Time Join a Team That Takes Pride in Craftsmanship Swita Cabinetry has been building custom cabinetry in Central Wisconsin for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems in the field, and delivering a finished product that exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities Install custom kitchen, bathroom, office, closet, and built-in cabinetry Read and interpret shop drawings and installation plans Measure, level, shim, scribe, and secure cabinetry for a precise fit Install crown molding, fillers, panels, trim, hardware, and accessories Coordinate countertop templating and installation readiness Load, transport, and unload cabinetry safely Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members Troubleshoot installation challenges while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Minimum 2 years of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or related woodworking experience Ability to read blueprints and cabinet drawings Strong knowledge of installation methods and tools Valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience installing high-end custom cabinetry Experience with trim carpentry and finish work Ability to work independently and lead installations Trailer towing experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Four-day workweek (long weekends every week) Paid holidays Paid vacation Employer-paid LINK Healthcare membership 401(k) matching Bonuses Stable, year-round employment Family-owned company with a reputation for quality craftsmanship Opportunity to work on unique custom projects rather than production-line cabinetry Jobsite vehicle and enclosed trailer provided To Apply Submit your resume or work history to noah@switacabinetry.com.
