WOOD DOOR DETAILER

Applicants must have wood door detailing and estimating work experience from an architectural door, frame, or hardware manufacturer or distributor. Oshkosh, WI Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

• Read basic hardware templates to determine machining requirements and fire label requirements
• Identify issues with orders and provide solutions or corrections
• Communicate with customers to resolve conflicts between customer requests and state and federal building codes and regulations
• Complete orders efficiently, accurately, and on time to meet scheduled delivery requirements
• Process orders and allocate materials
• Verify data integrity before order is released to production
• Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
• Process order revisions and suggest alternative products when appropriate
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Assist the Claims Department in resolving customer complaints and special requests
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications
• Detailing and estimating experience of 2 - 5 years for an architectural door, frame, or hardware manufacturer or distributor
• Associate degree or higher
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience as well as Salesforce
• AS400 and CAD experience a plus
• High level of accuracy and detail orientation
• Ability to think through customer requests
• Highly organized
• Able to comprehend complex topics Candidates receiving employment offers will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screen.
