Utilize work instructions to guide and troubleshoot and issues with slurry transfers. Clean and maintain slurry transfer pipes and pumps. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple assignments. Ability to remain focused on task at hand and complete processes without distraction. Be willing to work with minimal supervision and deal with problems while performing tasks which may require multiple steps. Provide real time feedback on daily production status and escalate production issues to the supervisor. Recognize when issues should be escalated and when support is needed rather than attempting to solve all problems alone. Demonstrate excellent verbal skills. Drive 5S implementation. Approach day-to-day production activities with a positive attitude, as well as collaborate with other team members on the production floor.

Qualifications:
