Healthcare Arizona LLC , a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air-conditioned 650,000sq feet manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona. We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:
The Production Technicians' responsibilities involve working across four sub-departments: Glue and Packaging, CNC, Foam Recycling, and Material Control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient production environment, assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring that production targets are met.
Pay:
$17/hour regular time & $25.50/hour for overtime
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Schedule:
Day Shift, 6:30am-6pm, Monday - Friday, overtime varies based on business needs.
General Duties:
Meeting production targets Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. Following production guidelines and specifications. Reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor on duty. Performing other related tasks as assigned. Glue and Packaging (Mattress Production Line)
Responsibilities:
Assembling products and parts according to production guidelines and specifications. Applying adhesives and ensuring proper bonding of mattress components. Inspecting finished products for any defects or inconsistencies. Packaging finished mattresses for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards. Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED, preferred but not required No experience needed, we will provide the training and support needed for you to succeed at your job Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus
Basic Math and Reading Physical Requirements:
Very Heavy work: Lifting and carrying for a short distance up to 50 pounds constantly on your own & up to 100 pounds via team lift frequently during an 11-hour shift.
Standing:
To remain on one's feet in an upright position without moving about during an 11-hour shift with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.
Walking:
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
Stooping:
Bending the body forward and down while bending the spine at the waist 45 degrees or more either over something below waist level or down towards an object on or near the ground.
Talking:
Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Hearing:
Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound.
Vision:
The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work.
Temperature:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions, but, must be able to adapt to cold or hot temperatures.
Working Conditions:
Air-Conditioned Warehouse and Manufacturing environment. This position requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks doing heavy lifting. The work environment may involve exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and machinery. Safety guidelines and protocols must be always followed.
