Temp-to-Hire Position Summary We are seeking motivated individuals to join our aerospace processing team as Chemline Operators . This position supports the chemical processing department by preparing, cleaning, racking, and handling aerospace components throughout the production process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing and metal processing. Key Responsibilities Rack and un-rack aerospace components for processing operations Clean and prepare parts prior to chemical processing Verify removal of oils, dirt, fingerprints, and contaminants from parts Review work orders, technique cards, and processing instructions Monitor production processes and record required data Complete production logs, measurements, and process documentation Maintain production and quality standards Support housekeeping and 6S initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety and PPE requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred 0 1 year of manufacturing or production experience Ability to read and write English Basic computer skills Ability to follow detailed work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Frequent pushing, pulling, and material handling Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and chemical processing operations Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes Preferred Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience Experience working in aerospace, metal finishing, plating, or chemical processing environments #IF123
