Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30
PM Hours:
40-50 hours per week
Position Type:
Temporary (6 Months) with Potential for Permanent Hire Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and want to grow their manufacturing career. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy. Pay & Schedule $24.00 per hour 40-50 hours per week Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional extended hours may be required when production demands increase 6-month assignment with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs What You'll Do Operate production and processing equipment safely and efficiently Monitor manufacturing processes and perform routine quality checks Maintain accurate production records and documentation Handle raw materials and finished products throughout the production process Print and apply product labels Label containers and prepare products for shipment Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Operate palletizing equipment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with general plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials safely Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Manufacturing or production experience Experience operating forklifts Experience in batch processing or industrial production environments Experience in paint, coatings, chemicals, or related manufacturing industries Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to work overtime when required Why Apply?
