Burlington / Oakville, ON About the Role We are seeking a skilled Metallizing Plant Operator / Technician to join a growing production team specializing in plastic film coating. This role involves operating advanced metallizing equipment and supporting high-quality production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor metallizing equipment for coating plastic films Run metallizers such as Bobst, Nordmeccanica, Applied Materials, and Galileo Collaborate with senior operators, quality control teams, and chemists Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of experience operating metallizer machines (preferred) Hands-on experience with Bobst, Nordmeccanica, or similar equipment Strong understanding of plastic films and metallization processes Background in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Polymer Engineering (Diploma / Degree / Technician) is an asset Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills #CASYN
