- What's a typical day as Production Operator? You'll be:
- + Formulating, filling, testing, and packaging chemical and biological reagent products according to operational plans and customer demand.
+ Following established operation procedures and maintaining accurate training and production records. + Executing daily production plans to meet due date conformance and quality standards. + Reading and following work instructions, engineering drawings, SOPs, and other specifications while maintaining compliance with FDA and ISO requirements. + Performing set-up, calibration, and troubleshooting of reagent components and instruments. + Conducting solution testing (pH, conductivity, density) to ensure process specifications are met. + Working cooperatively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure emphasis on quality. + Identifying and recommending quality and process improvements. + Training new team members and participating in Lean Manufacturing initiatives. + Maintaining a safe and clean working environment and completing all required paperwork.
