• Responsibilities for an Operator include but are not limited to:
• + Follow Manufacturing SOPs and Quality System requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency + Complete production documentation accurately, including weights, times, and in-process records + Operate and monitor equipment such as conveyors, adjusting speeds and settings as needed + Perform quality control checks, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous production flow + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment •Candidates for Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:•+ High School Diploma or equivalent required + 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments (or equivalent combination of education and experience) + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel + Strong attention to detail and documentation skills + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in varying environments including cold temperatures and loud settings + Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE •What's in this Operator position for you?
