This role involves processing substrates using photolithography techniques, operating specialized laboratory equipment, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or laboratory setting. shift timings Morning shift starts at 5 AM - 1.30 PM swing shift starts at 1.30 PM - 10 PM Key Responsibilities Operate photolithography and thin-film processing equipment in a cleanroom manufacturing environment . Perform substrate cleaning, etching, plating, and patterning using manual and semi-automated processes. Utilize tools such as microscopes, masking aligners, X-ray equipment, beta scope, alpha step, and other measurement instruments to support manufacturing operations. Work with photoresist materials, chemicals, and related processing solutions following established procedures. Record process data, inspection results, and quality measurements accurately in internal systems. Inspect substrates and products to ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while strictly following laboratory safety procedures. Support team productivity and assist with continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes. Handle chemicals and associated materials according to safety and environmental procedures. Lift and transport materials or chemical containers as required (typically 10-20 lbs). Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a cleanroom or laboratory manufacturing environment . Basic computer skills including data entry and documentation . Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures and written instructions . Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Technical school certificate or associate degree in a technical or engineering field . Prior experience in photolithography, semiconductor manufacturing, or thin-film processing . Experience using microscopes, precision measurement tools, and photolithography equipment . Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and manufacturing safety procedures. Experience working in ISO-certified manufacturing environments .
Pay:
