1st & 2nd Shift | $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Engineering Technician Job Details:

Associate's Degree in a related field, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience ranges from entry level up to 6+ years based on role grade. Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills required, with the ability to work independently, support cross-functional teams, and potentially lead or guide other employees in higher-level roles. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and repetitive motion, regularly lift up to 25 pounds, and possess strong close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment abilities. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot processing equipment to support process engineering tests, experiments, and production activities. Monitor production lines, audit processes, and provide technical guidance and support to line operators to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. Conduct test runs, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports, charts, and graphs to identify yield issues and support new product evaluations. Assist process development and engineering teams with technical problem-solving, process improvements, and implementation of new manufacturing methods. Utilize technical knowledge, company procedures, and independent judgment to complete routine to complex assignments, depending on experience level and grade classification.
