Works closely with Processing Line/Shift Supervisors on coordinating priorities of products to best utilize the process tanks most efficiently and safely possible and in meeting required production schedules. Strives to produce consistency from load to load and shift to shift through communication. Responsibilities Inspect loads for proper identification, racking, and location before processing. Coordinate load schedules with Team Lead/Shift Supervisor for efficient tank use. Ensure program is in place before processing loads; escalate issues to Team Lead/Supervisor if needed. Process special loads with precision and effective communication across teams. Operate multiple lines when applicable, ensuring consistency across shifts. Ensure product meets program specifications and quality standards. Identify and report product issues (e.g., oil, holes, corrosion) and recommend adjustments. Participate in tank maintenance and monitor pH/solution levels, adjusting as necessary. Reject loads that don't meet processing standards. Respond to alarms, follow protocols, and monitor waste treatment systems. Operate standard equipment (rectifiers, pumps, hoists) and troubleshoot basic issues. Document accurate data (temperature, voltage, etc.) and maintain shift handoff consistency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Report equipment issues and suggest tooling improvements per protocol. Experience Previous experience in anodizing or a related field is required Familiarity with chemical handling and safety procedures is required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work tasks.
