This is a temp to hire opportunity with many opportunities to grow!
Production Technician Summary:

5:00 AM•1:30 PM 3rd
Shift:
9:00 PM•5:30 AM Monitor food cooking machines and adjust the controls for devices such as boilers, ovens, and mixers. Program dryer equipment to operate according to company and recipe standards and make changes to cooking temperature and time. React to any type of alarm or malfunctions of the equipment and operate the shut-off switch when necessary. Load raw ingredients into the cooking machine and measure the amount needed by following company recipes and industry standards. Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products. Remove the finished product from the production line and push batches to the next step of the process for packaging. Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company by verifying the color, moisture, and density of the product.
Production Technician Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required Previous Sanitation experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms. Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face mask, safety glasses, hearing protection, a bump cap, a hair/beard net, and gloves when required. Willing to work in industrial high-speed moving machinery. Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment. Exposure to various working conditions (heat, cold, dampness, chemicals Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Must be able to work in a team environment Why Peoplelink Staffing?
