Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:30 am
Pay:
$22.90/hour 2nd Shift Whats in it for you? Paid training Full time hours Clean and safe work environment Opportunity for growth Weekly pay What will you be doing? Responsible for producing quality products per the build schedule Operate SMT (surface mount technology) machines to produce parts meeting quality specifications. Perform secondary processing operations according to work instructions. Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards and visual or dimensional specifications. Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects. Meet productivity standards. Record and maintain quality or traceability information. Record and maintain Cell Boards and other visual management tools Comply with company safety policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, lock-out-tag-out, and proper storage of tools, etc. Comply with good housekeeping policies. Maintain equipment according to work instructions or preventive maintenance tasks. Suggest improvements and support kaizen and DBS activities. Report complicated equipment malfunctions to mechanics. Participate in team meetings, which include planning daily work and resource utilization, problem solving, project work, etc. Maintain visual management of part and raw material storage; clean and organized work area. May be required to cross-train on other equipment or other areas as needed Assist in problem solving of new equipment and products. May be responsible for handling of and accurate disposal of chemical and non-chemical waste, some of which is hazardous and regulated. What do you bring? HS Diploma/GED Previous Manufacturing Experience is a plus but not necessary Manual dexterity and good coordination Basic reading, writing, and math skills Mechanical ability or aptitude Operate injection molding machines Ability to pass 7 year background check and drug screen Good attitude and desire to learn If interested apply with your updated/current resume today!
