What to Expect? The Room Coordinator will be responsible for assisting keeping the room running by moving in raw products and moving out finished product items. They will work side by side with the Material Support Specialist and be the backup for that roll. They will transfer materials incoming and outgoing within the Suncoast Chemical Production Department to keep the room running. They will verify and sign off on all startup paperwork and ensure the materials issued are correct to the any line before the line starts to run. This associate will report to the Lead or Production Supervisor and coordinate with them throughout the day to ensure that all materials are adequately supplied to reach the departmental daily production goals. On a daily basis our
Production Room Coordinator:
Train new associates in basic floor processes and machine operations. Provide on-going training as needed to ensure success of associates and the department. Coordinate schedule and develop priorities with the Team Lead, and Production Supervisor as necessary. Meet Established productivity goals and metrics to ensure the departments daily success. Backup for the Material Support Specialist. Ensure the safety of the team at all times though effective ongoing training and enforcement of all safety, housekeeping, material, and operation standards. Who will they liaise with, what they will manage. They will ensure all production lines have the correct raw materials to start their run. Any other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Highschool diploma/GED. Position involves stooping, lifting, bending, and standing long hours while operating equipment. Understand simple mathematical computations, have organizational skillset, and be able to develop operator level mechanical skills in a production environment. Lift up to 50 pounds.
