The ideal candidate will be responsible for the systematic disassembly of various equipment and machinery, ensuring that all components are handled with care and precision. This role requires a strong understanding of technical processes, mechanical systems, and the ability to follow safety protocols. The Disassembly Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform disassembly of equipment and machinery according to established procedures. Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess component conditions. Maintain accurate records of disassembled parts for inventory management. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient workflow. Adhere to safety guidelines, particularly when dealing with high voltage systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to disassembly processes. Assist in the training of new technicians on best practices and safety measures. Support field service operations as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for tracking maintenance activities. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Experience with precision measuring instruments is preferred. Knowledge of high voltage systems is a plus. Background in industrial mechanics or related fields is highly desirable. Familiarity with military standards or practices can be beneficial. Experience in technical sales or stick welding is a nice-to-have but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
