Job Description

job summary: A Lead Plant Operator is needed for a process technology client in the Kennesaw, GA area. The Lead Plant Operator will oversee the operations of a specialty chemical process plant. You will be responsible for the safe execution of complex production processes, ensuring maximum efficiency while mentoring junior staff. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience operating commercial-scale production equipment, preferably within a chemical processing environment. Troubleshooting skills and prior experience in a Control Room setting are essential for managing plant downtime and monitoring system performance. This is a contract-to-direct hire role, 8 hours Monday through Friday.
