Job Description

Ricoh Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our chemical mixing team for the day shift (6am-6pm). This role is responsible for operating mixing equipment to produce chemical batches according to precise formulations and recipes. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical handling and mixing processes and a strong ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Operate chemical mixing machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Read, interpret, and follow chemical recipes and batch sheets accurately. Measure and weigh raw materials using scales and other measuring devices. Monitor mixing processes and adjust machine settings to ensure consistency and quality. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of mixing equipment. Maintain accurate production records and logs. Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure product specifications are met.
