Covia is looking for a dynamic 2nd Shift Loadout Operator who will have a positive impact on the Operations team at its Junction City, GA location. The successful candidate will have the following
Key Accountabilities:
Operating Skid Steer / Track Mobile / Forklift
Operating process equipment and loading railcars, trucks and silos
Operate Process Equipment
Record all necessary data for Quality, Environmental and Safety as required by Company procedures and policies
General maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
Ability to lift 100 pounds
Placing railroad cars using Car Puller / Track Mobile
Ability load/unload liquid bulk tanker trucks
Use of proper PPE, Safe Chemical handling and storage
General clean-up The successful candidate will have the following
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic computer skills (email, Windows, Office)
Ability to climb ladders and rail cars
Experience operating fork trucks, pallet jack, track mobile, skid steer
Ability to use hand tools and trades type tools
Willingness to work rotating shifts if necessary or stay over shift if needed Commitment to
