Where You'll Make a Difference Operate and monitor production equipment within enzyme manufacturing processes Utilize Delta V process control systems to ensure optimal plant performance Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize operations Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Accurately document production data and maintain operational records Assist in maintaining equipment reliability and reporting maintenance needs What Makes You the Right Fit High School Diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field preferred 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience working with process systems or automated equipment is a plus Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment Ability to lift to 55 lbs and work in a physically active setting How You Would Stand Out Experience in biotechnology, chemical, or food manufacturing environments Familiarity with Delta V or similar distributed control systems (DCS) Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies Why Choose Us?
