Production ■Full-Time ■ Non-Exempt Job Summary Convert coproduct material into value added products through evaporation and crystallization in order to produce Prosin and Zeta products.

Work hours:

12 hour rotating shifts, however business needs may require additional hours worked. Essential Job Functions Monitor tank levels, temperatures, pH, vacuum pressure, flow rates, density, currents, RPM; Collect samples and perform tests to determine pH, concentration and density; Troubleshoot issues with process and equipment; Monitor and operate the process using HMI software to maintain a safe and efficient process; Accurately and legibly record sample and process data; Perform other duties as necessary; Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to participate in a high performance team-based environment that is fast-learning and adaptive; Communicate effectively and participate in a continuous improvement culture, including utilizing problem solving skills; be flexible to all shifts; Willing to cross-train into other areas; ensure conformance to standard operating procedures; communicate any issues to the appropriate resources in a timely manner; Computer skills, e.g. Excel; Physical Demands & Work Environment Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Able to work rotating 12 hour shifts; Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 80% of shift; Continuously walk or stand; Frequently ascend/descend stairs and ladders; Hot/cold and dusty/wet environment, depending on location in refinery building; Must be able to wear full-face respirator and protective equipment as needed. This includes minimal facial hair in order to ensure proper fit of respirator in accordance with OSHA regulations. Must complete annual medical monitoring program, including pulmonary function testing.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma / GED Production experience preferred; We are an E-Verify Participant. Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen and criminal background check is required.
