Production Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $19.00 to $20.90 /hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) Responsible for ensuring that the production process is run in a smooth and rapid manner : perform all plating, anodizing and chemical cleaning activity per production specifications/instructions and operating procedures. Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines Assist all line activities thru to Line Operator to optimize throughput Record results on work order (dimensions, tank #, temperature, & volts, Time in /out of tank) Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line

Production Technician Qualifications:

Basic math and measurement skills required Able to lift up to 35 - 50 lbs Able to walk and stand most of the shift Able to fully reach with hands and arms; stoop, twist, kneel, and crouch Able to wear full-face respirator if needed Specific vision capabilities to include close-up, distance, color recognition, peripheral vision and able to adjust focus and have depth perception Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
