$1500 weekly including stipend for 40 hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DETAILS:
Full Time
  • 13 weeks contract Evening Shift
  • 3 pm to 11:30 pm No holidays, weekends or call. Work Location
  • On Location Ability to commute/relocate: Rockford, IL 61104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Decontaminate, clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment Prepare and distribute sterile instrument trays, supplies, and equipment for surgical and clinical procedures Operate sterilization equipment, including steam sterilizers, autoclaves, and low-temperature sterilization systems Inspect instruments for functionality, cleanliness, and proper assembly prior to sterilization Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation in accordance with facility policies Monitor biological and chemical indicators to ensure sterilization quality and compliance standards Manage inventory levels of sterile supplies and surgical instruments Collaborate with operating room and clinical staff to ensure timely availability of sterile equipment Follow infection control, safety, and aseptic technique standards at all times Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (AAMI, Joint Commission, OSHA) Troubleshoot instrument issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed Support efficient workflow and patient safety by maintaining high-quality sterile processing practices
REQUIREMENT
6-8 years exp CRCST or CBSPD #Saurabh (Salman)
