What will you do? Make an impact! As a Fuel Processing Operator you will be working in an industrial environment operating a unit that processes the contents of incoming drums. Key Job Responsibilities Follow all regulations, standards, and internal policies, to ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Operate a hydraulic arm to secure drums and a hoe to scrape contents of drums into the unit. Unload incoming trailers and process waste streams.
Place or locate material in proper staging/storage areas.
Prepare material for processing operations.
Conduct daily inspections on forklifts.
Perform simple maintenance activities such as cleaning and adding fluids.
Accurately track drum storage and handle movements on tracking sheets as needed.
Perform processing operations and other duties as needed.
Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Knowledge of the hazardous waste industry is a plus
Willingness to work in an industrial environment
Forklift experience is preferred
