Operations Technician Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering Indianapolis, IN Job Details $22 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We are currently looking for Operation Technicians on both day and night shifts. No prior experience is required. We are willing to train!
What you will enjoy doing:
Perform operational tasks that support coating, blasting, masking, plating, chamber operations, and other production processes in accordance with job instructions and standard operating procedures. Visually inspect parts and materials throughout the process to identify defects, contamination, damage, or other non-conforming conditions and take appropriate action. Load, unload, and handle customer hardware and materials using equipment and tools while maintaining safety and quality standards. Maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas by performing routine cleaning, basic upkeep, and reporting equipment issues to leadership. Document required production data, complete job routers or quality documentation, and escalate non-conformances through the appropriate reporting process. Support operational needs across departments and perform additional tasks or projects as assigned based on business priorities and production requirements.
What makes you great:
High school diploma or GED required. Ability to follow work instructions, technical procedures, and safety guidelines. Willingness to work shift schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays as required by production needs.
Schedule:
We have an alternating 2/2/3 work schedule M-F only. These are 12 hour shifts 7:30-7:30 for both day and night shifts.
