Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for receiving raw materials, mixing chemicals according to established formulas, and packaging finished products for shipment. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and handle raw materials in accordance with company procedures Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients based on specified formulas and batch instructions Accurately document production and mixing processes Perform daily equipment and machinery checks to ensure proper operation Identify and report any non-conformities or quality issues to management or QA Package finished products for shipment to customers Organize and store raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through regular housekeeping Operate water treatment systems as needed Follow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures at all times
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Consistently meet production goals and quality standards Ensure products meet customer specifications and requirements Monitor processes and report deviations or issues Follow all production documentation and standard operating procedures Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or chemical mixing preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic math skills for measurements and batching Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as needed Work in a production environment with exposure to machinery and chemicals IND2
