Shrewsbury, MA Responsibilities of Production Operator:
- Review and interpret batch sheets
- Weight and mix chemicals following specifications listed
- identify and filter materials into containers following process order instructions and apply correct labels
- Calculate total quantity of materials used and lot numbers from individual, intermediates and letdowns
- Enter and record various data points into systems
- Perform quality control tasks on batches
- Re-package materials into new containers
- Operate forklifts to move materials throughout production floor.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned Requirements of Production Operator
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years manufacturing experience
- Previous experience with GD&T or Blue Print reading strongly preferred
- Previous Chemical experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills
- Ability to move, stand, and walk throughout shift
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and move 100lbs
