Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 12:00 PM•8:30 PM Job Summary We are actively hiring a Certified Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) for a travel assignment in a busy Acute Care Hospital OR . This role is ideal for experienced SPTs with strong sterilization and instrumentation skills who thrive in fast-paced surgical environments. Requirements Certified Sterile Processing Technician (Required) Minimum 2 years of experience Acute Care Hospital OR experience ( Required ) At least 1 prior travel assignment Strong knowledge of sterilization, decontamination, and aseptic techniques Responsibilities Prepare, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays Manage case carts and loaner/consignment trays Perform steam sterilization and IUSS Monitor biological and chemical indicators Operate washers, sterilizers, and ultrasonic equipment Ensure proper labeling, wrapping, and documentation Handle flexible scope reprocessing (e.g., cystoscopes, sigmoidoscopes) Experience With General, Orthopedics, Robotics, OB/GYN, Urology Laparoscopic instrumentation Endoscope reprocessing Preferred (not required): Neuro, Trauma, Vascular, Implants, Plastics, Bariatrics Why Apply? ✔ Consistent weekday schedule ✔ Competitive travel pay ✔ Work in a high-acuity OR setting ✔ Immediate start available Sterile Processing Technician Sterile Processing Tech SPD Technician Central Sterile Technician CSSD Technician CRCST Certified Certified Registered Central Service Technician CBSPD Certified Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Central Sterile Processing Instrument Technician Surgical Instrument Processing Endoscope Reprocessing Decontamination Technician OR Sterile Tech Travel Sterile Processing Technician Hospital Sterile Processing Acute Care Sterile Tech #NowHiring #HealthcareJobs #AlliedHealth #HospitalJobs #Hiring #CRCST #SPDTech #SterileProcessing #SterileProcessingTech #CentralSterile #CBSPD #InstrumentProcessing #EndoscopeReprocessing BI01_
