As part of a thriving team committed to excellence in automotive supply manufacturing, your role will ensure seamless production operations during nocturnal hours. Your expertise in optimizing machine functionality and maintaining process control is invaluable. Your responsibilities will include initiating machine operations, promptly addressing equipment alerts, and ensuring maximum efficiency of all production equipment. Expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical or material challenges is key, as is reporting any unresolved issues to the Production Supervisor. You will manage essential documentation such as Process Verification and Tool Reports and oversee changes not handled by others. Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with OSHA standards is crucial. Your protective oversight of equipment and safeguarding against operational waste is expected. You'll bring at least three years of experience in plastics processing, specializing in injection molding, mold setup, and troubleshooting complex machinery. Familiarity with state-of-the-art technology is a must. This role demands physical agility, including standing, lifting, and maneuvering around machinery, often in environments with moderate noise or varying temperatures.
