Full Job Description Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Operation of forklifts, pumping, blending, and filling equipment. Weighs material and pump ingredients into and out of blend tanks, mixing drums and totes. Sanitizes all equipment, following batch records. Calculates and accurately measures ingredients. Accurately records production information and material usage on batch records Maintains production logs as necessary. Conducts in-process quality checks and provides samples for the quality lab. Proficient in railcar hose connection and disconnection, including inspection, pressure awareness, and adherence to industry safety regulations. Monitors equipment performance and reports deficiencies. Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Follow all safety policies, procedures, and training when handling chemicals, operating equipment, and performing job duties.What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing or production. Knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations Ability to follow safety procedures and work with chemicals Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, ½-hour lunch (some weekends as needed) Chemisphere Corp. is hiring a Production Operator in Saint Louis, MO.
