Role:

The Production Technician will support manufacturing operations in a clean-room production environment. This role involves assembly, testing, and operating specialized production equipment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly and component work using technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate production equipment such as winders, welders, mixers, and testing machines.
• Set up and assist with programming of production machinery.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks on products.
• Collect and record production data accurately.
• Handle small and delicate parts while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow ERP work orders.
• Follow all clean-room procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist team members and support training as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with small parts (microscope/magnification work).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights up to 15 feet.
• Willingness to work in clean-room gear for extended periods.
• Must submit to a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate schedules as needed.
• Certifications such as soldering, welding, ESD, brazing, or X-ray are preferred.
